EXT 3.0 is the 3rd installment of WLS in your 20's Exerthon.  We come here every monday, and post our exercise minutes for the previous week, running Monday thru Sunday.  There are no rules, no goals, and no winners.  Everyone is a winner!!  It is just extra motivation, to get ourselves up and moving.  Would you like me to add you to the roster?!

Please do put me on the roster, it will help keep me accountable. What a great program! So, I just keep track of my minutes excercising and post on Monday, right?

So far this week, we have 5 times.  We have worked out a total of 913 minutes between us.  In the last 6 weeks, we have already worked out 12,846 minutes!  Anyone can join up!  I still need to hear from AmandaG, RondaR12, Jaci, HollyT, Michael, and OptimisticJen!  Let me know whats up!!!

I was out of town for a wedding, so my times weren't posted yet.  But anyhow, my times were great either, but running around and helping with my friends wedding stuff, I managed to get in about 200 min.
