Is breaking into a sweat dumping ??
Hard to say if it is dumping or not - depends on what type of carbs you are eating... are they bread/starch - high in fat/sugar? Some say you can dump of carbs, others say you only dump from fat/sugar... all a matter of interpertation I guess.
If you are eating 'white' carbs you could be causing your blood sugar to spike then dip - hence the sweating then yawning... make sure you are sticking to 'healthy' low glycemic index carbs.

Sounds like dumping to me - you get a sugar high from the carbs and then a crash - hence the yawns a little bit later.
Be careful about carbs. When you have them make sure to include a protien source to help keep your blood sugar stable. That'll help prevent the sweating and the yawning down the road.
