Can I just be random for a minute...What IS this icon?  Ok, I know WHAT it is...but still...has ANYONE used this icon in a message or a post? I'm a fan of the little smiley guys...But this one makes me laugh every time I see it. Is anyone else seeing this animation going on? I may just use that in every post I do, from here on out....Because I can...
