Ok ppl, time for EATIN GOOD!

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but it seemed like the Eatin' Good thread I was doing before was getting old with people, and that's fine, so I quit for a while.  But I thought it might be time to try it again.  So, here's the deal, post what you have consumed for the day.  This is a good idea for a couple of reasons:  1. Accountability - if you know that you have to report back on what you have eaten to a group of people who are also paying attention to what they eat, that might just be the motivation you need to walk away from the chips.   2. Idea Sharing - if you're anything like me you get on kicks where you eat the same things over and over.  Example - I lived on pepperoni slices, provalone cheese and whole wheat crackers for almost an entire summer because I couldn't think of anything else to eat.  It may have helped me to see what other post-ops were eating so could be inspired to try new things. 3.  Comraderie - this thread gives folks a chance to say "hey".  So even if you don't want to chime in with your daily intake, just drop by and say hello, maybe mention a new food choice you've tried and found yummy/useful.   Without further adue.... 8:30am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz 2% steamed milk, 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup 9:30am - about half of 1/4 cup weight control oatmeal (1/4 cup dry oats cooked w/ 1/2 cup water), added 1/4 cup chopped toasted honey almonds, 1/8 cup 2% milk and 2 sliced strawberries 20 oz water 11am - the rest of my oatmeal and an additional strawberry 20 oz water 2:30pm - 6 oz chicken stir fry 20 oz water 6pm -  this is hard to explain since it was an experiment...I sauteed diced onion, a can of diced tomatoes, a can of whole kernel corn, a little tobasco, chili pepper - add whole grain rice, chicken thigh I cooked in my slow cooker and a little cheese (of course I added cheese, I do live in Wisconsin after all) so I guess you could call it Tex-Mex chicken casserole...and it was awesome. And I'm working on a 12 oz glass of water. So what are you eating?
