I had a Dr's appt Wednesday!!!

I have an official weight loss #!!! When I stood on the scale, I almost couldn't believe my eyes. 222lbs!! Thats is a total loss of 113 lbs in 5 months. He was so excited! Everything else is going really good. Work has been outrageous, but so goes it. I am taking vacation the 19th-28th so that will be amazing!
