What has everyone been eating today ???
Well, definitely don't NOT eat. I got myself into trouble with that one time and caused vitamin deficiencies out the wazoo. I have been eating more carbs than most lately~ I'm pregnant so I have to work them into the diet. Tonight for dinner I am having roasted asparagus spears and grilled jamacian jerk marinated turkey breast... very high protein, not to mention yummy. 28 g of protein in 4 oz of turkey. Yummy. I'm a user of thedailyplate.com ... you can get great meal ideas from people off that site too. Good luck to you! Feel free to pm me if you need any more ideas ~ I'm full of them cuz I love to cook!

I always food porn surf when I feel uninspired - food.com is a great one, Rachael Ray's 30 minute meals... about.food.com... pillsbury.com... campbells.com.. while all the recipies are not WLS friendly many you can alter yourself to make them more healthy. Also check out theworldaccordingtoeggface.com for excellent WLS friendly recipies.
My favorite thing to eat is tacos... I take chicken breasts put them in the crock pot with a packet of Old El Paso Spicey Taco Seasoning and a little salsa... cook on high for 2-3 hours then shred. Great as a filler or for taco salad - or eat in a bowl with RF sour cream (or cottage cheese, or greek yogurt) fresh pico de gallo, RF cheese, tomatillo sauce. Sometimes I will add black or red kidney beans for additional fiber/protein.
The crock pot is great for chicken breasts, if you dont have one you can cook on the stove low and slow - I take chicken breasts and make buffalo chicken the same way as above but use buffalo sauce, I do shredded bbq chicken the same way.. good stuff and reheats great.
You could make sloppy joes with lean ground beef, turkey or chicken... or meatloaf (I add a ton of veggies into my meatloaf), turkey meatballs, chicken burgers... so many options, so little time :-)

i've been making my own chicken mcnuggest, sans breading. just cutting up chicken breats into small chunks and using different spices and grilling them. you can always change up the dipping sauces too.
and...this morning, i had a chocolate unjury protein drink with 8 ff milk and 8 oz decaf coffee. you could probably add some ice, blend and make a faux frappaccino. :)
