anyone with a 3oz/100cc stomach or smaller?
How was your energy level after surgery? I guess i mean, when did you feel like you'd gotten back to your old self. I don't think i'm eating enough calories. it's hard to force things down my tiny tummy!!

It took me 2-3 weeks after surgery to where I felt my energy was closer to where it was pre-op. There are days where when I am eating dense protein that my stomach will only take around 1oz at a time, then there are other times when the protein is moist and I take my time that I can finish 3 oz of protein.
Regarding your energy....for me the best way to keep it up was to get my protein in. Even at almost 2 months out I still have to have 1 or 2 protein shakes a day to get my protein where my nut wants it.
My surgeon and nut both focus on protein, water intake, and vitamins....if you are getting those three in it is amazing at what small amounts we can live off of.

I had a 50 ml/cc stomach after surgery. It was tough, but do what you can. Make sure their smart choices -- you're looking to maximize your # of grams of protein per ounce.
