just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks

Hello my fellow  twenty somethings my name is Brianna I am 21 and live in northern virginia. I had open rny on june 24th and am now a week out and 13 pounds down. this website is amazing and I dont know how Id be surviving without it and its nice to have the twenties board bc I feel like its kind of a different experience  for us. I hope to create some great friendships here feel free to add me as a friend and my aim sn is whatthefunk77. how do you guys feel that wls has changed your life being so much younger than the normal patient and how has it affected your social life so far all my friends are supportive but who knows what will happen when i am thinner. thanks for any replies and thanks for the support yougave me when you didnt even know you were giving it

Welcome to the board and congrats on the 13lbs! My surgery was actually the same day! I had it done lap... i was wondering how long you were in the hospital with the open? Anyway, good luck with everything and feel free to drop a line whenever!

i was in the hospital from tues morning to thurs morning. was it shorter  for you? how are you feeling so far?
