questions on TEA????

can we drink tea???? like brew tea. . . and mix it w/ splenda????

I was told I could have Caf. Free Tea.  and I love red rose tea its good stuff :)

hmm really. its cause at work, ima server at a seafood restuant.  and we make our brew ice tea, one unsweet & another sweet. i LOVE water, but sometimes you just want a lil something diff. ya know.

I understand!  I have tea all the time, and yes... it is caffeinated, so I make sure I drink twice as much water throughout the day!

I drink decaf, because the caffiene upsets my pouch, but I'm only 5 weeks ago.
