One thing I started to do when I go the lap band was skate.  its GREAT exercise and I enjoy it so much.  June 14th was our first Bout and I did awesome! Also,  In january my time to do 5 laps was 2.12 min.  That day is was 57 sec.  AMAAZING! My team (BLUE) won 80-38 A year ago I wouldnt even have tried out.  I love derby, but I would have been to scared.  Now im a skating fool. Im on the bottom of the dog pile Here i am Jamming.  Lead Jammer! Here i am with Trixie Terror at the after party And A sign someone made me!

Very cool! A gal I work with does roller derby and her bouts are always fun and interesting! I tell her to start a fight for me ;]

get out of here!!! i love it!!! and i am way jealous. i want so badly to do roller derby once i lose more weight, i absolutely can't wait until i get me a nice pair of skates and get out there! you look awesome!

Yaaaaaaaaaaaay SheShe!!!!!!  I'm so proud of you!  I just found out we have a derby team here.  I can't try out, I not the "derby" type.  BUT I am going to see their next bout next time they have one!  I've never been to one.  Congrats on jamming and taryn it up lol
