I suck...
20 minutes....I'm still in a lot of pain....my new MRI (last one was two years ago) shows I now have 4 herniated discs and one of them has detached and is moving out of position down into the epidural space...it hurts really bad and I don't want to start taking narcotics again but I'm going nuts with all this pain so I may just do it.
