I'm at work, and stressed and stressed again and i start thinking about that flavor sac of chips in the kitchen, in which are numerous bags of crunchy cheetos and fritos. Now, i eat a little bag every so often, i didn't have surgery to not eat the things i like never again so i indulge every now and then. The bad thing is the indulging is happening too much these days, way too much. Which is probably why i've stalled for months. Good thing i haven't gained anything. (Actually i've maybe lost like 3 pounds or something, but anyways) I want the cheetos!!!!! So i'm posting here instead, to talk out the problems, drink more water and RESIST!!  What do you do to get cravings out of your head?

I eat 'em.  Screw it.  Life's too short to have that DIET mentality.

If I remember right, Jennifer told you that her PS surgeon required a 3 month steady weight before PS, no loss allowed.  But, to each their own, I guess.

Yeah my plastic surgeon didn't say anything about that, but i've been holding steady for months and months x 3. And i have to get it done this summer before school resumes in the fall and before my insurance is up in dec, (I get my TT free through my moms insurance)!

Gotchya! PS....Your sandy hair floats in the air... To me it's like a lullaby... I'm just flying by... Oh so high... like a kite... tied to a skate...  (that's Kip's poem, BTW)

What kind of hopes did you have to go through to get insurance to approve your tummy tuck?

With my insurance i had to lose over 100 pounds and have kept it off for at least 6 months, i was REALLY lucky. Not only would they pay for removing of the skin, (abdomiplasty or however you spell that) but they are paying for the actual tightening of the musles which is what makes it a tummy tuck or something! My plastic surgeons office was really surprised.
