My brother and mom are joining in on this...I'm worrying about my brother...20 year old, and always could pack on weight but was really active up until this year. So he's put on about 15-20 pounds in the past month and a half, and his blood pressure is creeping up, so I'm trying to get him to the gym with me...let's hope it works!
