Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Sunday
Howdy 20-somethings!
Food!
10am - 1 berry, whole grain and flax seed pancake w/ a diced strawberry and whipped cream
20 oz water
1:30pm - 1/2 cup Spanish rice (basically more diced tomatoes, corn, diced baccon and diced onion than rice...)
10 oz water
12 oz coffee w/ 2 oz half and half
4:30pm - 1/2 cup Spanish rice
20 oz water
7pm - 3 slices pepperoni, 2 slices provalone and 3 cracked wheat crackers
How is the eating out there? Are you eatin' good?

Bad day today. The monthly is in full swing and cramps are killing me!
B- French toast made with wheat bread and a little syrup for taste.
S- Curves bar.
S- 100 calorie pack.
No lunch:(
D- Chicken Enchillada caserole I make. Just a small helping.
S- South Beach Protein bar. (Got distracted while studying)
So overall not a very good day. Behind on my drinking, but I'm sure it's gonna be a late night anyway, so I should get some more in. Tomorrow's another day!
