My first wow!

So I know we all talk about staying off the scale everyday, its horrible for you, well so far it hasn't bothered me... but today I got on and it still hasn't moved in like 5 days, ok, no biggie, so I pulled out the tape measure.....I am down 22 inches!!! I am only 3 weeks post op yesterday, is that even possible? I measured like 3 times I just couldn't believe it. I tried on some old things in my closet and my capri jeans that used to be spandex on me fit, easily. I am finding my bras to be too big as well, what is going on? 22 inches? really?? So, totals for now: 20lbs/16lbs since surgery/22 inches.... YAY!

That's SO awesome! I'm trying to hold off til the 20th of this month to measure myself since pre-op, we'll see if I can make it! Seeing your success makes me wanna do it now!

Congrats! Sounds like you're doing great. I notice I've been losing about a size per month (inches-wise). Great job!

WAY TO GO! I measure every 24th of every month. I step on the scale daily....it motivates me...never bums me out.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

That's wonderful!!!!! YES, you can be losing 22 inches while the weight melting slows down some. Wait till your shoe sizes change! Uber Congratulations, love!

Thank you all so much...I just couldn't believe it. I went and bought new bras today, down a band size and up a cup size...what could be better than that??
