Well I have been doing really good in my Exerthon this week! Yesterday I went to the gym and was working out with my husband, so afterwards we went down to the track to walk before we went to shower and I told him I had jogged the other day for a minute.  I was like well wanna see?  Hes like sure, and i jogged a minute (not far as I dont jog and havent since i was like 10) and hes like no you can do more than that!  And before I knew it I had jogged around the track one time (which at our gym is 1/8th of a mile) I know some of you are joggers, but for me a fast walk is about as good as it gets, and I was so proud of myself I just had to share, I think I will like jogging more though after i have some of the abdominal skin removed it was uncomfortable.

Thanks everyone I know it is silly to say that I am excited about jogging, but it is something that I have not done in YEARS!!!  I know it was only an 1/8th of a mile but it is a start right!  I do have to say that the tummy skin is not your friend when you are trying to jog :(

Are you kidding?  That is not silly at all.  You should be proud and thumbs up to hubby for encouraging you to try the whole way around.  Keep it up and you're going to be doing the whole mile and the some.
