So my internet has been AWOL for the past two days due to storms and down lines and whatnot, so I've only had internet access while at school, but this morning my internet has come back to life.  It is time to post eatin' good!  I'll start with yesterday.... Wenesday June 11 7:30am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar 4 oz espresso, 6 oz steamed 2% milk and 1 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup 11:30am - 1/2 a chicken caesar salad from Quiznos (though without the tomatoes since Quiznos is afraid of giving me salmonila) 20 oz water 3pm - Other half of my chicken caesar salad 20 oz water 6:30pm - 1/2 cup carb control oatmeal w/ 1/4 cup chopped honey toasted almond slivers and 1 oz half and half and 3 diced strawberries stirred in (Yum!  I wanted to add protien to the oatmeal and a little bit of sweetness, and the almonds were awesome!) 20 oz water 8 oz green tea w/ a drizzel of honey and a wedge of lemon - I am allergic to summer so for the past three days my face has been dripping, and I was hoping the green tea would help some. And for today (I'll update this as I eat more stuff...) - Updated at 7:56pm Thursday June 12 - Cannot taste a thing, have nasty allergies, just wanted warm mushy food 9am - 8 oz dark roasted coffee, 4 oz steamed 2 % milk and 1 tablespoon of sf hazelnut creamer that I am still sipping on, and even though I can't taste anything the warm drink feels nice on my throat. 20 oz water Noon - 1/3 cup oatmeal w/ 1/4 cup chopped honey toasted almond slivers and 1 oz half and half and 3 diced strawberries stirred in  20 oz water 4am - 3/4 cup mini raviolis 20 oz water 7:30pm - 1/3 cup Spanish rice (diced baccon, diced tomatoes, diced onion, whole kernel corn, 1 little bit of hot salasa, cayenne pepper and tobasco to taste sautee'd, then add rice and top with cheese)

Yesterday I went candy crazy :-( poo. I have been trying to avoid sugar (anything 10g or higher per serving) and be a good girl but the temptations at my 2nd job are HORRIBLE - the scale was up 2lbs this morning so I am NOT eating any sugar tonite... sticking to my set snacks... ******* job! I had dropped the 3lbs I gained during vaca and now they are finding me again... I am going to the beach next weekend and do *not* need any extra flub on my belly!!! I also didnt pack enough food for work and my BF polished off a few of my staples *sigh* irritates the HELL out of me when he eats my food!!!!! I knew I didnt bring enough for lunch but didnt pack anything else, not eating enough for lunch definately threw me off further. B - bowl of special K high protein w/ nanners and raspberries S - slice of RF cheddar and 4 crackers, 100 calorie pack of Trader Joes choco/oatmeal cookies L - 2 oz deli turkey, 1.2 cu cottage cheese w/flax and cinnamon, watermelon S - single serving bag of chex mix Once I got to work I ate the equivilant of a bag of reese's pieces (it was a 'new' item so they were on sample) and 6 of those pirolene cookies - the sticks with the choco hazelnut filling.. lawd they were good... oh and a diet soda (which I said I SO wasnt going to drink)... that was over the course of 4.5 hours.  Work D - 1/4-1/2 cu of rotis. chicken salad D - TraderJoes orange chicken 3/4th cup and 1/4th cup veggie fried rice, slice of watermelon (mooooooooore sugar!) Today so far I ate b - 8 triscuits s - watermelon l - slice of pizza and a salad s - 1/2cu greek yogurt mixed w/some kashi and SF vanilla syrup, maybe a few bites of pineapple? Im headed to the fridge now. Not doing too good today either! low on protein :-( bleh. Im still mad at my snacks being eaten..my usual back up stash in my desk has been depleated! Not sure what I am going to eat tontie... I have no work snack which is bad... I may get a sandwich at work and eat 1/2 for dinner and eat the other 1/2 tomorrow and skip 'dinner' tonite.

Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
