Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Monday
I will get better at posting this because I need the accountability. Sheesh. You don't even want to know about the weekend. I was visiting my mom and sisters and, well, it is really easy to see how I got to weighing 300 pounds by age 18 living in that eating-lifestyle. I love my family but my sisters especially are pretty much unwilling to take care of themselves with what they eat / don't eat. It breaks my heart. Anyway...food. 9am - 1 buckwheat and berry, flax seed/whole grain pancake w/ a smidge of no-sugar added syrup 4 oz espresso, 6 oz steamed 2% milk and 1 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup 20 oz water Noon - 1 open face bologna sandwhich and 1 oz peanuts 20 oz water 3pm - 4 oz fruit salad (watermelon, strawberries, pineapple and red grapes) 20 oz water 7pm - 3 large slices of pepperoni, 2 slices provalone cheese and 2 cracked wheat crackers and I'm working on 20 more oz of water before bed. How is the eating going out there?
