Busy busy busy.  But there is always time for food. 7:30am - 4 oz espresso, 8 oz 2% milk, 1 oz sf vanilla Davinci syrup 10 oz water 10am - 2 oz peanuts 20 oz water 1pm - 1 bologna sandwich on whole grain bread 20 oz water 4:30pm - 4 oz chicken stir fry 20 oz water 8pm - 2/3 cup mini raviolis 20 oz water And tomorrow I have a huge proposal due for my summer school class.  Wish me luck!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

I have recommited myself to food logging for the next 2 weeks to get off the 3lbs that are hanging on from vacation. bleh. One day of food logging and the scale already dropped 1lb - woo hoo. I printed up a plan from Womans Day that has been helpful. My goal is to eat at least 1400 calories, maximum of 1800. PreB - NSA Soy Chai Latte B - 3/4th serving Steelcut Oatmeal, 4 rasbperries S - palmfull raw/unsalted mixed nuts L - 2oz deli turkey, spinach, green leaf lettuce, pickle, RF miracle whip, mustard in a whole wheat low carb tortilla, 1/2 sm granny smith apple, 100 calorie pack whole grain cinnamon tucan cookies S - 1/2 cu 2% cottage cheese sprinkled with cinnamon and 1tbsp flax, 4 raspberries S - 8 RF triscuits, 2 slices RF cheese D - 4oz baked chicken, salad (green leaf, spinach, broccoli slaw, carrots, dried cranberries, FF dressing, 1 sm slice watermelon S - 7 or 8 nilla wafers (last of the junk in the house!) and 4oz FF milk Calories - 1661 Fat - 59g - 33% Carbs - 180 - 38% Protein - 115 - 29%
