Hey Kids, so I updated and posted the post op pics from the panniculectomy/lipo I had Friday... better each day, and I can assure you I will not be one of those addicted-to-plastics- girls! This hurt like a mother and I don't plan on ever volunteering for this whooey kablooey again! (But I plan on looking damn good at some point! :)) Great educational pics posted, and I plan on continuing monthly updates so the good should start to show through!

Again welcome home!  Your work is beautiful!  Once that swelling goes down, watch out world!!!!! I love my plastics today... but when I had mine I was absolutely devastated!  Keep your spirits high and on those meds and you'll be jussst fine.

The more things the change, the more they're still the same.

Thanks Jaci, when the meds weart off I start to wonder if I will ever feel better or if I will love the results or be a swollen, wide cow forever! Everyone says its great surgical work and people say they can see how much skinnier I got, BUT I see what I feel..and that'd be.... WHALE! LOL I can't even fit my big girl underwear for christ sakes! Ughhhh the things we do! YOU look great girl, thanks for the support! ;)

Hi Kait.... yeaaaaaa with beauty comes the pain! Actually its more so when I am sitting kind of hunched then have to get "uncrinkled" and every now and then the swelling hits you... I actually haven't had any pain from the big incesion...just sorness in the lipo areas. I keep thinking positive and am just WAITING to play dress up in my closet and make a huge rumage pile!!! :)

Amy, thanks so much for your support! Knowing my journey is helping someone else means so much because I lived off of this site and other people's profiles when I was first starting out.then whn I began the plastic surgery journey-I found myself here again! I am an all or nothing girl, so although I had a successful surgery and lost a heck of a lot of weight, I still felt incomlete because of the body...so I am hoping now I can live. I am still feeling like it is surreal and just staying focused on the swelling and bulging..I can't even begin to imagine life without hiding my belly! I still have a habit of sucking it in when I walk, only now  I get all cramped up when I do it an remember I don't have to do this! ;) More head games! Take car Amy and good luck.I am here if you ever have questions or wanna drop a line!
