We began counting our minutes starting Monday, March 31st and will continue through June 1st, with reporting (if you so choose) on the Board the following Monday.  The week runs Monday through Sunday, wherein  the totals for the previous week are posted the immediate Monday.

Week 1 – March 31 – April 6 = 605 minutes
Week 2 – April 7 - April 13 = 340 minutes
Week 3 – April 14 - April 20 = 525 minutes
Week 4 – April 21 – April 27 = 150 minutes
Week 5 – April 28 – May 4 = 625 minutes
Week 6 – May 5 – May 11 = 435 minutes
Week 7 – May 12 - May 18 = 210 minutes
Week 8 – May 19 – May 25 = 330 minutes
Week 9 – May 25 - June 1 = 330 minutes
TOTAL = 3,550 minutes
This is it folks. . .the second Exer-thon has come to an end, and what a dirty trip it has been.  My personal goals included sweating for no less than 600 minutes each week, and to get my mile pace under 10 minutes.  As you can see from my totals, I only exceeded the 600 during 2 of the 9 weeks.  Additionally, my 5K pace is still around 10:30.  Obviously,  these goals will roll over to the next Exer-thon. . .  Oh, yes, they will be mine.   How was your ninth (and FINAL) week? I couldn't tell you my total.. but last week I did 660 minutes with thye start of school and everything! Yay!!!

Thanks, for adding them up for me! And, that means I achieved my goal to try to "make it a lifestyle" by performing some type of physical activity beyond normal every-day activity, at least once per week....Now, I need a new goal for 3.0....hmmm....
