We are doing an 'exerthon', you can sign up even thou its already started. Each week you report how many minutes you exercised for that week and the person running it keeps in charge - just a new way to hold yourself accountable for working out and challenge yourself to meet fitness/workout goals etc! Every little bit counts!

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

You are total welcome to play with us.  Here's the skinny.   I ran Exerthon1 early rhis spring.  Ermath is running Exerthon2, and it ends Sunday.  Shandiggy is running Exerthon3, and it starts Monday and runs until Labor Day.   Basically, all it is is this.  If you sign up, you tally your minutes exercised and give the number to the leader each week.  the eader givesd us weekly totals for the group and a nice full tally at the end.  It is just a silly little thing to see our accomplishments. I hope you play along!

Sounds fun, although I should be having surgery this summer so I would have a week with just 0...hopfully no more then one week though! Question Brock, that picture, is that you or...well it reminds me of Roco from Boondock Saints, I don't remember that guys name right now.
