I <3 NECTAR

I heart Nectar protein powder by Syntrax!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the greatest smoothest powder I have ever had and so many flavors!!!!!! The vanilla actually has vanilla bean flecks in it...so amazing. And so so tasty! I can't say enough good things about it. I might be the last to figure this out so forgive me, but here are the facts about it in case someone here doesn't know. 100% whey isolate 23g protein per scoop 0 carbs 0 sugar 0 fat 90 calories And the best part...it mixes with a spoon! YAY NECTAR!!!! It also comes in a few all natural selections....I am singing its praises! Let me know if you all have tried it and what you think!

*lol* i tried the strawberry....it tasted like flavored liquid jello to me...and had a weird smell! *grin* i really glad you like it though, there are a lot of flavors for it. Though, i kinda liked the chocolate fudge (was that it's name?) one though!

hmm.i got to try that one..but one ive been doin is the matrix..cookies and cream..its taste sooo bomb bomb when its ice cold...kinda like eating ice cream=)
