Sorry for the delayed Ex-T 2.0 post. . .

For all of the Ex-T 2.0'ers that have followed the posting routine to a T, I apologize for the delay.  The scheduled Monday request for times was interrupted by a little unplanned surgery and then yesterday was wasted by the flight of the Oxycontin.  Please respond to the previous post with your times, and I will add all of our totals for WEEK EIGHT tomorrow.  In the meantime, we are in the midst of the final week of Ex-T 2.0; make it a sweaty one!
