Since I have found out my surgery date, I have been eating like there's no tomorrow. It's not because I will not be able to eat these foods after my surgery because I know I could just not as much. I think it's because I won't be able to eat them the same way. I eat food so fast and I love it and I know that is why I never feel full. Things will change though after surgery. Breakfast: 3 small slice of cheese pizza from Pizza Hut with a small side of ranch from Wing Stop Lunch: half a snack size bag of salted peanuts and a bottle of sweet tea (mom and I had late pedicures and we wanted to eat barbeque for dinner so we decided to not really do lunch) Dinner: Barbeque at Sonny Bryan's (Chopped brisket sandwich, side of mashed sweet potatoes, side of green bean casserole, side of macaroni and cheese), probably about 1/4 cup of their barbeque sauce, 2 hot rolls (YUMMY!), and 2 glasses of sweet tea Dessert: We went over to my brother and his wife's house for some apple pie and ice cream. It was alright but not the best apple pie I've ever had. My water intake was horrible for the day. I think I had maybe 37-40 ounces of water. I'll get back on the train tomorrow. Hope everyone had an AWESOME Memorial Day!
