Ok girlies I gotz a question =D OK I ABSOULTELY LOVE SHOES! Especially Pumps! =D but at the weight I am at now I can't wear them  they are wayyyy too hard on my feet and my back, so my question is has anyone who had surgery not be able to wear heels before and able to wear heels now? or is it just bc I am just not cordinated enough to wear them? LOL  <3 Kimmie-K =D

Honestly, I think wearing heels is a hell-of-alot better now since 120 lbs is gone. Now I remember why I always looked at those 'skinny *****es' and wondered why they wore heels all the time. I am getting to one of those 'skinny *****es' and I can wear heels all the time. It's great!

I second Chelsea!!!!  I'm 5'10" and don't wear heels normally... but when I'm out with certain someones who are taller, I'm all about my Kitten heels and beyond!

OMG it is so funny that this topic comes up!!  Before my surgery when i was 362lbs i always wanted to wear heals and had a few pairs in my closet but would only wear them when i would be sitting most of the time because they hurt my feet and back so badly. I went to buy sandals for the summer the other day and I got a pair of wedge brown open towed sandals and i wore them out last night when i went out with the hubby for date night and i was amazed at how comfortable they are.  either it is the shoes, or the weight loss haha I think its the weight loss though 125lbs makes a huge difference

Girl!  Let me tell you!  As my screen name implies, I am addicted to shoes.  Pre op I was 275 and I could barely make it into work from the parking lot without wanting to keel over and die.  After just 25lbs were gone it got better.  35lbs and I lost a shoe size (11W to a 10M).  At 50lbs down and since then I have been able to wear 4" heels all day long with only minimal discomfort (from the shoes rubbing, needing to be broken in usually).  It is SO much easier to balance and walk and they sure look sexier on thinner calves LOL Trust me, you will be AMAZED at the difference.  And you may go down a size (or two) and need an all new shoe wardrobe!

I have had the really adorable pair of 3 inch heels for years that I've loved but could NEVER ever wear.. I just looked at them, mainly. Anyways, since I've lost 120 lbs, I wear them everywhere.. wore them to work one day (I work in a clothing store so I'm on my feet all the time) and one night I wore them to the bar ALL night and danced away! Happiest moment ever!
