I am a new lady

Hey everyone! My name is Lisa and I am new to the site! I just had my RNY gastric bypass surgery last Monday May 12th and I've already lost 23 pounds! whoo hoo. I have been reading this message board and you all have some really great stories that helped me out before I went for my surgery. Just wanted to say Hi :)

Congrats! That is awesome that you have lost some much already. My mom had hers 1 day later than yours and she has lost about 15 lbs. But you can really tell. Congrats and goodluck!
