Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Thursday!
I made it through my first week of summer school. It has been busy, but I always have time to eat.
7:30am - 12 oz sf ff vanilla latte
8:30am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar
20 oz water
Noon - 1/2 a bologna sandwich on whole wheat bread
20 oz water
3:30pm - 1 hardshell supreme taco
20 oz water
7:30pm - 1 small slice of Chicago-style pizza (deep-thin crust, topped with lots of cheese, pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms and chunky tomato sauce)
I need more protien. Seriously. This is getting to be a problem. I packed the sandwich because I was going to be in class and I needed food - but I've got to get good protien sources back in and carbs out. Sheesh. You'd think I would know better.
So, how is the eating out there?

amy, i gotta thank you for all the great advice you give, so i'm taking a cue from you and posting my food for the day...
breakfast- med iced coffee with skim and sweet and low, light and fit yogurt
lunch - 7 thin slices of turkey/ham deli meat 1 oz 75% reduced fat cheese
dinner - 2 ff hotdogs no bun 1oz cheese
after gym- 8oz milk with one scoop cookies and cream protien powder yummm
breakfast- 1 bottle pink lemonade propel water
snack- grande SF caramel Iced Coffee
lunch- weigh****cher yogurt and 2 cheesesticks
dinner- 3 oz tenderloin 4 small prawns and 1/4 cup cottage cheese
snack- 1/4 cup vanilla bean slow churned ice cream with a dollop of redi whip and SF chocolate sauce
40 oz water
