Have you seen her? Before pics

My doctors office showed me these pictures they took of me just before surgery and 6 months out. I am now one year out. I have some recent pictures on my profile and what a change, I dont even recognize my self I am at 57 % loss and 63 pounds down.

Thankyou, it use to seem like forever, but when I think about it guess this past year just flew by.

Let me just say I see Sheala at our local support group reguraly and she has turned into quite the hottie! This is the first time I've never seen the before pictures before and I can honestly say I wouldn't have recognized you. You've done such an awesome job in one year.You look great and seem like you are feeling great! Keep going, and I know you will make it to goal soon.

Hey Michael, It's actually spelt Shahayla, but I certainly applaud the effort not many people get it on there first try:) and in remembering our support group last night I say thank you to your compliment and would like to add the fact that you are quite the head turner your self. If we both were not married there could be some chemistry there:) Good luck with your quest to get plastics it seems like quite the battle with the insurance company.

Nothing goes better with my morning then an "ego-biscuit" (for those who weren't at our support group last night, an ego-biscuit is kind of like a Scooby Snack for our self-confidence, try it! stroke someone's ego, and watch them light up like Scooby when he's tossed a Scooby Snack!)
