Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Tuesday

Howdy 20-somethings.  Another day of school for me...other than that, nothing very exciting...FOOD 7:30am - 3 oz espresso, 8 oz steamed 2% milk, 1 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup 9am - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar (these are evil...they have 7g of protien, but the carbs will kill me - I just got a box of them to be easy breakfast while I'm in class...I keep quitting them...this time though, when the box is gone....) 20 oz water Noon - 1/2 a bologna sandwich 30 oz water 3pm - 4 oz of the fruit salad I made yesterday (watermelon, pineapple and grapes) 20 oz water 7:30pm - 4 oz chicken stir fry - chicken thigh, onion, peppers, water chestnuts, sliced carrots and snap peas tossed in garlic terryaki sauce  - over 1 oz rice noodles - made it myself . And sometime in the afternoon I succomed to 1/3 a cup of cheez-its....damn cheez-its. How goes it out there?

today was kinda cruddy, but here it is theres nothing to hide. I had a doctors appointment so it messed up my lunch and the timing of my meals today, and i have an ultrasound tomorrow so no breakfast for me, so tomorrow will be cruddy too. 9am: 1cup milk 1/2 cup cereal 11:30: the chicken out of a go wrap from wendy's I threw away 80% of the tortilla like I do with any wraps or tacos 2pm: 60 calorie pudding cup, 5 strawberries 5pm: 4oz pork chop 2tbs bbq sauce, 1/2c peas 1/4c potato salad (didnt fini**** all) 7pm Finished dinner 930pm 2 sugar free life savers butter toffee they are yummy :) 5 calories each 60oz water today oh and I went to YOGA for the first time it rocked!  I go again Thursday.  Tomorrow i have the ultrasound so I cant eat or drink anything from midnight to after the test is done in the morning (my apt is 8:30) so I will be taking breakfast with me!

been kinda hungry today....but made pretty good choices....mostly..... 6:45am half of a sausage, egg, cheese biscuit (more of the insides than the breading) half a bottle of water 9:45am half of a tall sugar free caramel blended creme and half of a stinkin' cookie that was NOT SF....*sigh* half bottle of water 12:30pm jr cheese burger, very light mayo only 35 oz tea/SF lemonade mixture 4:30pm 4 spicy shrimp bites of sushi 6:30pm 4 more spicy shrimp sushi bites 8:30pm small piece of pizza, more of the toppings than the breading bottle of water 10 oz juice 11:30pm protein bar 12:30am 2 pieces of cheese, 4 crackers.... NO more tonight...I swear!
