Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Monday

Howdy 20-somethings!  It was my first day of summer classes...and it was a BLAST.  Not really, but at least these are pretty easy classes and I'll get to graduate early.  So, back to school and back to a routine and eating better.... 7:00 - 1 ka****LC honey almond flax granola bar 8:00 - 16 oz coffee w/ 3 creamers 20 oz water Noon - 3 oz peanuts and 1 oz almonds 20 oz water 3pm - 2/3 cup mini raviolis 20 oz water 7:00 - 2 oz watermelon, 1 oz pineapple, 1 oz grapes (I was making fruit salad and I ran out of room in the bowl so I "had" to eat what wouldn't fit...) 8pm - 3 oz seafood salad...too much mayo or something and now I'm feeling really, really icky.   So keep eatin' good!

Hey Amy :)  Long time no see sweetie!! 9am - 1cup milk 1/2 cup cereal 12am - slim fast low carb 2pm - tuna packet and 2tbs mayo and 1tbs mustard 6 crackers 6pm - 1cup chicken and brocolli with 1/4 cup rice from my favorite chineese place :) 10pm - 1/2c cottage cheese I had only 50oz of water today I honestly don't think I did too bad today :) 810 calories and 87 grams of protein

Except for the water being a little low, everything looks good to me too.  I love Chinese - mostly get broccoli and chicken too.  How do you do with mayo?  Sometimes it sits well other times...blech.  But as long as it works, go for it.

as long as it is lowfat mayo, like i love miracle whip light yummm, the regular mayo doesnt sit well
