WEEK SEVEN ended Sunday.  Post your times. . . Join Brock, Michael B., Ronda R12, Kimberasti, heart2heart, Jennifer K, ShanDiggy, Shelby Kelley, Jaci, Jennifer S, Udevaknoe, holly T, Shasta L, SKennedy 13, Katie L., Bethroe Bodeen, TheFox, Nekton64, Rachelena, Unconventioanl_Beauty, and me.  You know you want to. . . We began counting our minutes starting Monday, March 31st and will continue through June 1st, with reporting (if you so choose) on the Board the following Monday.  The week runs Monday through Sunday, wherein  the totals for the previous week are posted the immediate Monday. ermath's  Ex-T 2.0 Log Week 1 – March 31 – April 6 = 605 minutes Week 2 – April 7 - April 13 = 340 minutes Week 3 – April 14 - April 20 = 525 minutes Week 4 – April 21 – April 27 = 150 minutes Week 5 – April 28 – May 4 = 625 minutes Week 6 – May 5 – May 11 = 435 minutes Week 7 – May 12 - May 18 = 210 minutes Week 8 – May 19 – May 25 Week 9 – May 25 - June 1 TOTAL = 2,890 minutes All I seemed to do this week was work and lounge around with the new boyfriend.  As happy as I am to spend oodles of time with him, I am veering further and further away from my routine.  I feel like a lump, i.e. weak and lazy. Of course, as a life-long food addict, when I feel less than stellar, I eat for comfort and not fuel.   Somewhere in here is a medium that meshes each of my priorities.  Back to the gym, full-force. . .we only have 2 more weeks of Ex-T 2.0, afterall. . . How was your seventh week? Post your times, and I will announce the running totals Tuesday.

I've still been training for my 5k on June 1st...worked up to the 20 minutes of jogging at a time and have done that a couple times so far and it's actually not so bad...can't believe I'm jogging 2 miles straight!!!  Next will be 2.5 miles and then 3!!!    I've pretty much only been doing the 30 minute trainings so I haven't had the high numbers, but I'm still proud of myself because I'm doing something I never thought I could do! Total this week = 200 minutes

There is nothing like the feeling you get while approaching and crossing the finish line for the first time. . .  You become invincible for a moment.
