Had my last final this morning and now I am on summer brea****il Monday when I start summer classes. Woo hoo! Sorry I forgot to post yesterday, I was out with friends (we went to Panera Bread for dinner - they have the best paninis and soups in pretty good WLS portions, though they are a little pricey) and then scrambling to get ready for today's final. I will get a D in the class no matter how I did on the final, and it will mark the first D in my 4 years at college, and frankly, since it was in a really hard math class and the last math class I ever have to take and I just needed a D to pass, I'll take it. Now I'm hanging out at my mom's house until Sunday.
FOOD! I have been running around like a crazy person so my feedings were not so good today....
7:15am - 16 oz sf ff caramel macchiato w/ an extra shot of espresso
10 oz water
About 10am I got a really, really bad hypoglycemic moment with my blood sugar scoring 46 and when my blood sugar gets low like that I just start eating...
10:30 - 3 oz stouffers Mac n cheese
11am - I met my husband for lunch at Subway, so I stole some of his potato chips and his oatmeal rasin cookie - got my blood sugar up to 65 by 11:15, then it got back under control.
20 oz water
1:30 - hamburger w/out the top bun w/ ketchup and mustard
20 oz sf vanilla ice coffee
4:00pm - 4 oz fruit salad
STUPID CARBS! I wonder why my blood sugar reacts like it does! I totally know better. If I wouldn't eat so many stinking carbs I wouldn't have such wicked lows.

7pm - 1 chicken fajita (1/2 a large flour tortilla w/ chicken, cheese, guac, sour cream and salsa)
10 oz water
And now I'm beat and ready for sleeping. Hope the eatin' is good out there!
