Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - "Every body's workin' for the weekend!"
Howdy 20-somethings!
Sorry this is so late! I just got back from dinner and a movie with some friends and my husband. We went to see Iron Man and it was awesome. It comes highly recomended. But anyway, we'll keep this short because it's bedtime for certain students who should have spent their evening studying for finals and is going to have to make up some ground tomorrow...
10am - 1 med golden delicious apple
20 oz water
1pm - 3/4 cup mini raviolis
20 oz water
10 oz coffee, 2 tablespoons of half and half
5:30pm - 3 triangles of just about the worst chicken quesadilla I have EVER had - but the company was good...
During the movie (7-9:30) - 1 junior popcorn
Too many carbs! Gah! Tomorrow it is time for meat and veggies.

Amy 293/140 - AT GOAL!
We were out late Saturday night too...7:30pm wedding and we didn't get home from the reception until after midnight. I woke up yesterday morning tasting all the lovely protein powders I have been having the last couple of days and I had no desire to eat any of it today....so I had the hubby pick up some Isopure from GNC (it is a 20 oz bottle 160 calories, 40 grams protein, no sugars) I broke it up into meals and snacks and had it off and on all day until it was gone. The texture of it is more like water. Oh and before we left for the wedding I had a PB protein shake. I sipped LOTs of water at the reception, but tasted NOTHING. It was a beautiful wedding/reception and I was glad I went.
