Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - TGIF

I made it!  I got everything I had to get done for today done, and I even got 4 hours of sleep.  Yay!  Now I just have 3 finals and that 25-30 page paper and then....Summer school! Yay! But through it all there is always time to eat... 7am - 12 oz sf ff caramel macchiato w/ an extra shot of espresso 9am - 1 med golden delicious apple 11:30am - 4 oz chicken / beef  lo mein and 2 oz fruit salad 40 oz water 2pm - 3 oz chicken / beef lo mein (leftovers) and 3 oz fruit salad 20 oz water 5pm - 1/2 a six inch Italian BMT sub, w/out the top piece of bread - instead topped with fresh veggies - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, green pepper and spinnach and 1/2 a mini bag of potato chips (kick me) - made me SO SICK 20 oz water and because I dumped from 5-6:30 I may just finish out the night with water, maybe some decaf tea

TGIF!!! Work at the hospital has been crazy this week! i'm sooo glad to see the weekend! B-3/4 c Special k Protein cereal w/1/4c milk L-4oz grilled pork tenderloin 3oz salad S-3oz fruit cup lots of water, tea, dt sprite.... D-nothing yet.......i work a weird schedule so my breakfast is actually lunch...lol have a good weekend everyone!!!!!

My new pouch is playing effin games with my head/body...food and water wise it started great 7am-vitamins/pain med/pepcid ac & water 8am-4oz chocolate protein drink 11:30-a frozen protein pop--created by my husband (it was AWFUL) 1:30-4oz of chicken soup protein 4:30-3 oz protein drink 7:30-4oz vanilla protein drink with 1 tbsp PB in it And up until dinner I had been able to get down around 55oz of water....then all of a sudden after dinner, I am sick to my stomach.   Nothing is going in now.   And I was on track for the first time to finish 64 oz of water.   I went bed sucking on a SF lifesaver hoping it would  calm everything down.   I just have a bad taste in my stomach/mouth :(

Amy, I know you are further out than I am but I admire your vegetable eating...lol I am terrified if something doesn't chew down to mush that it will get stuck...Is this just in my head? I love vegetables and use to love eating them but now all I eat is regular salad (lettuce w/ dressing) and cooked vegetables like carrots, peas, etc. How do I get over this...It is the texture I think...Help!!

You'll notice that I NEVER eat raw broccoli, carrots, celery, radishes or other dense veggies like that.  They do get stuck and I end up "foamie"-ing them up and it is miserable.  The first time I foamie-ed it was after eating one little broccoli flourette at a New Years party.  And it has never gotten better.   I mostly stick to cucumbers, onions, peppers, lettuce, cabbage, spinnach, and other lighter veggies like that.  Though I do liked (and eat) cooked veggies.
