Invitation to join Ex-T 2.0. . .Now in session.
We are in the sixth week of the 2nd Exer-thon, and folks are beginning to disappear. . . Where'd you go?
Newbies are welcome and encouraged to join. . . While we have an official stopping point, June 2nd, anyone can start at any time during the next few weeks.
The "rules" are the same: every Monday for the next few weeks all participants (THAT MEANS YOU!) post the number of minutes he/she exercised over the previous week. On June 2nd, we will tally the total time for the Board.
I will sample Brock's powers for motivation. . .
"No goals! No quotas! Just add up each minute you put into exercise per day 3/31-6/2 and we'll add up our total at the end and see what we accomplished!"
We began counting our minutes starting Monday, March 31st and reporting (if you so choose) on the Board the following Monday. Using the same concept that Brock devised for the first Ex-T, the week runs Monday through Sunday, wherein the totals for the previous week are posted the immediate Monday.

Week 2 – April 7 - April 13
Week 3 – April 14 - April 20
Week 4 – April 21 – April 27
Week 5 – April 28 – May 4
Week 6 – May 5 – May 11
Week 7 – May 12 - May 18
Week 8 – May 19 – May 25
Week 9 – May 25 - June 1
