BEFORE: 8-8-07 400.5 pounds, This was pants I really wanted to get into and was trying to get into, now these pants are way to big. 5 x clothing and size 30-32

Today Birthday clothes: and 258 pounds 1 x shirts and 18 pants

No cake here and my health is fantastic, look what we made, Protein pudding, we had a 29 candles but the 9 got cut off on the picture
