Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Wacked-Out Wednesday
I stayed up until 4am doing math homeowork last night, and then today the prof decided NOT to collect it. Oi. Then I am pretty sure I failed the exam. Not the final mind you, that is next Wednesday. My professor just decided that we needed ANOTHER exam this week to worry about in addition to the final. Ugh.
7:30 - 3 oz espresso, 6 oz steamed skim milk, 1 oz sf vanilla davinci syrup
20 oz water
9:30 - 1 med golden delicious apple
20 oz water
1:00 - 4 oz chicken stir fry, 3 oz fruit salad
20 oz water
4:00 - 3 oz parmesan, herb and garlic baked pita chips
20 oz water
8pm - 4 oz pork chop, 3 oz mix of augratin potatoes, french style green beans and cooked carrot slices - it is my mother-in-law's famous "pork chop casserole" that I finally made successfully

Hey, so I've been getting into my emotional eating habits....of course it's nothing compared to before surgery, but still very upsetting....I'm not even going to write what I've eaten today, but wanted to fess up and be held accountable!!! BUT...the good news is that I'm working on making a change for the better....here's to tomorrow!
Late night snacking nabbed me again - it was my biggest emotional eating time pre-op and it still seems to be. *Sigh My calories have been up lately too. So today, I'm working to do better, and I am!! It helps to measure instead of eyeball, that's for sure.
