I'm sorry this is so late!  I've been working on math homework for FIVE HOURS.  Yuck.  And I've got another 2-3 to go tonight.  I just put another pot of coffee on... 8:30am - 12 oz sf ff caramel macchiato 12:30 - 4 oz chicken lo mein and 3 oz fruit salad 40 oz water 4:30 - 4 oz peanut chicken 20 oz water 7pm - 1 mini red barron deep dish pepperoni pizza (like the size of a coaster - so the perfect size for me 20 oz water And now I'm working on 6 oz espresso w/ 4 oz 2% milk and 1 oz sf davinci vanilla syrup. How is the eating out there?

kill me nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. I am horrible nauseous from pms. ugh. preb - NSA soy chai tea latte b - 1 cup of 0% greek yogurt mixed w/1 pkt of kashi honey & cinnamon cereal... I could only eat 1/2 s - rest of breakfast s - slice of cheese, four crackers, grapes and a strawberry (the other ones were bad boo!) s - 2oz deli turkey, pickle, wrapped in a green lettuce leaf  small low sugar detour bar s - cottage cheese work dinner.. so aka snack - homemade chicken flautas home dinner - 4 slices of hard salami, 2 slices of provolone cheese, salad I felt so yuck yesterday I didnt want to eat but made myself, hence all the 'snacks'... plus I worked both jobs. This morning I feel super yuck again. I picked up some ginger last night which was reccomended for calming the belly so we will see how well it works today.

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Did better with the fruits and veggies yesterday! Pre-B: 16 oz skim milk with SF Hersey's Syrup BF:  Detour Protein Bar  YUCK! Lunch: 2 turkey meatballs, 1 spear broccoli, 1 spear cauliflower Snack: 4 strawberries, 1 stick LF string cheese Dinner: 8 oz skim milk/SF French vanilla latte; 1 oz soynuts Snack: 2 SF cookies, 1 serving soy chips.  Oops, oversnacking at bedtime is creeping up on me.  NOT good!! 

I don't hardly recognize myself or my life anymore!

B-Pure Protein Shake-Chocolate 35g L-2 American Cheese Slices, honey roasted peanuts 1oz. , 2 cherry tomatoes 15g D-5 veggie nuggets, a few green beans with balsamic vinegar 15g S-2 whole wheat saltines with pepper and onion relish from Harry and David. Love it:) 65 oz water no exercise again:( But I have softball tonight, so I will make up for it there.  all vitamins
