Guys. . .   Only 5 people have reported their times from WEEK FIVE of the Exer-thon. . .  Where is everyone?  Hopefully, you are so busy sweating that you cannot possibly risk gumming up your keyboard. . .  Join us, kids!  Be proud of all the great things your body can do now. . .

You are experiencing the same thing I experienced with EX1.  Not many of the posters here are accountable for more than a few weeks.

Perhaps we need to create a participatory incentive of some sort. . .  Maybe a signed photo of Brock the Enigma, suitable for framing?

Come on guys!!!  Let's see those numbers.  We want it all, even if you didnt get as much as you wanted.  Remember, no goals!  Just good times.

You have such a great attitude, Shan!  I believe we have found a candidate for moderating Exer-thon III . .

Thanks!  Sounds good to me, I love the exerthon!  Working out is my new hobby, and to be able to share my acheivements with people who appreciate it, and are going through the same thing is amazing to me.  You guys are like family to me!  I'm so proud of everyone here.  I get inspiration from each of you!

Likewise.  I strongly believe that a big part of the self-acceptance that most of us are having to learn can be fostered through exercise.  You start to fully "inhabit" your body as you see what great things it can do.  It sounds like you are well on this path of discovery, Shan. . .
