Week 1 – March 31 – April 6 = 310 minutes
Week 2 – April 7 - April 13 = 180 minutes
Week 3 – April 14 - April 20 = 240 minutes
Week 4 – April 21 – April 27 = 450 minutes
Week 5 – April 28 – May 4 = 300 minutes
Week 6 – May 5 – May 11
Week 7 – May 12 - May 18
Week 8 – May 19 – May 25
Week 9 – May 25 - June 1
TOTAL = 1480 minutes I did a 5k earlier in the week...running a mile of it in an interval type thing, but nonetheless I did it, and in less than an hour which is good for me. Other than that, alot of my exercise was a little weird, but it worked. Hope everyone else had success!

Week 5 - 80 minutes Sadly I worked a little over 60 hours this past week :-( not much time for exercise... not to mention my legs and feet are pounding from putting in over 20 hours at my 2nd job (I stand the entire time)... this week they again loaded with me a 20 hour schedule which I am not looking forward to. Thankfully I get in some walking during my afternoon break because thats all the exercise I am getting for now!!
First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)
