We are all going to have to step it up!  Or get EVERYONE to post times, lol.  The numbers drop every week!  Let's not be in the 1,000's as a group for this week!  I know everyone can do it!  I'm super excited, my stepmom got be a new rowing machine this weekend!  YAY!
Let's move those keisters over the next four days and post our sweaty numbers on Monday!  I can't bear the thought of disappointing Sgt. Shan.  Can you?

My wife and I bought a gym membership (with in-house babysitting!) at 24 Fatness, err, I mean Fitness yesterday...Last night, I did my first "deliberate" exercise in months...unless you count hiking - but that's more of a hobby/pleasure thing for me... Anyways, I did the treadmill, and have decided that I really think I have an incisional hernia at my main trocar site, but it's OK - it should when the insurance company considers my muffin-topectomy - I mean, my panniculectomy...for now, though it hurts too jog, so I boosted the incline up  to 7.5 on the treadmill so I can still get my heart rate up there without bouncing too much...

I've been doing pretty good this week...taking my jogging outside and I'm doing a practice 5k on Saturday at Golden Gate Park which I'm super excited about.....it's a Brain Tumor walk and a close family friend of mine passed away from a brain tumor a couple months ago and so I'm volunteering to work the food booth passing out bagels and oj and then they said I'd be able to be finished in time to actually participate in the 5k if I wanted...so I'm going to jog and walk...we'll see how much jogging I will be able to do.  My goal is to do 20 minutes without stopping and then walk and jog back and fourth until the end...jogging as much as possible.  With the beautiful scenery of Golden Gate Park it can't be tooooo bad....
