So it is a REALLY crazy life. My dad is probably going back to jail after last night and has been put on suicide watch after he called to tell me that he is so disappointed in me and he can't believe we're related (frankly, neither can I), my dad's poor underaged girlfriend - WHO IS YOUNGER THAN ME!!! - is distressed to the point of being out of her mind because my dad is an a$$ hole and cheated on her then broke up with her AFTER she took him back and bought him a truck - and she doesn't have anyone to talk to but me because her being with my dad is ILLEGAL so she's had to hide it from everyone, and then my husband's grandma died this morning so we have to high tail it to Indiana for the funeral (she was my mother-in-law's mom, and to top this off, my brother-in-law was JUST, as in Monday, redeployed to Iraq and today is also my mother-in-law's brithday). Yes. Awesome. Rockin'. And did I mention that next week is finals week? Awesome. I want a cookie.

Oh my god you poor poor thing. (((((HUGS))))) I am so so sorry you're having to go though this. This is CRAZIER than Days of Our Lives...you can't make up real life. Anyway, I hope things settle down in the next few days. I say have as many (sugar free) cookies as you need, sister

Thanks Jen. I had a couple nutter butter peanut butter cookies...but only a couple. No dumping and because life is crazy DH gave in and we got a nice hotel room to stay in until the funeral, and that includes a hot tub - which I can finally go in because prudence is all healed up. So if we have to have a funeral - we might as well have some fun.
