Eye-opener...

So, I sent my mom this new picture of me...and she emailed me back with this side-by-side photo....the pre-op picture was a little over a year ago at my brother's graduation from Marine Corps. Boot Camp...I can't even believe that was me.  I never even thought I looked like that, even when I was that big I guess I did not thing I looked that way or that bad....I am actually in shock right now........

Your skin is glowing in the last picture.  I can't wait to have a before and after picture.   Right now I have LOTS of before pictures.   Be proud of where you are, and how far you have come.  You deserve it!!!~Leslie

It is completely shocking when people send those before photos.  You are and WERE absolutely stunning... but one can definately see the happiness ooze from your eyes in your after photo.

Thanks guys...you all rock!  It's pretty emotional for me looking at these pictures...I just can't believe how much healthier and happier I am now.....

Oh honey, wow!  You really do look great in the second pic.  But don't be bummed about the old picture though - because really, you look fine and that girl on the left is just as cool as the one on the right.  It is hard to see old pictures, but you probably think that the old picture looks worse than it actually does because there is such a big differennce.  You are a beautiful girl.

Wow you look great! What a transformation. What I think when I look at pics like this is "Wow! She must have worked her butt off! Maybe I can do another half mile on my walk tomorrow." LOL! You're an inspiration. You look great and even better you look like you feel great.
