WEEK FOUR ended Sunday.  Post your times. . . Week 4 - 112 minutes Total = 582 minutes! A few of us at work started to walk on our afternoon break (we take one long break instead of two small ones). We walk around 20-25 minutes and do a little over a mile each time. Its a great way for me to get in some exercise when I cant do the evenings because of work. This comming week I work 3 evenings and all day Saturday so I am super limited on workout time except for during my break! With it being spring and nice weather I am sooooo wanting to get outside and workout but I just dont have the free time :-(

Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)
