Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Almost Friday
I need a nap. So I'm working on my Teaching Methods final project which is an integrated cirriculum that uses one theme to teach several areas of social studies. Wanna know the theme I chose? Chocolate. I had to write a research paper about the Cacao Slavery, so I've already done a bunch of research on chocolate, and I figured this kills two birds - good deal. Except that when I work on it I just want to roll in chocolate
like that. So this project, and this semester for tha matter, needs to be over soon.
As for food...
7am - 12 oz sf ff caramel macchiato
9am-10am - 12 oz 100 % orange juice
Noon - 1 oz mongolian beef (it was really icky...) and 4 oz fruit salad (watermelon, strawberries, grapes, cantalope and honeydew).
40 ox water
5pm - 3 oz peanut chicken and 3 onion rings
I just might have something later on depending on if I decide to stay up late tonight or not working. I may just go to sleep. My brain feels fried. But I've got stuff to do. Grrr. This is something I will remember as a teacher - all teachers leave the huge projects for the end of the semester so everything comes tumbling down on a student's head at the same time - instead some teachers should have the big project due at midterm or 1/4 - 1/3 the way through the semester. Anyway, if I have any chance of getting to sleep before midnight I need to get back to work.
Hope you're eating well!
