Does the Guinness and Pierogi diet work?
...yes! Appartently it does....I got on the scale this morning and I lost 7 lbs since leaving...I'm all the way down to my lowest weight now of 158 lbs!....Maybe it was all the walking too, but I guess there is a good reason I hardly saw any obese people in Europe (except for in the London airports)...
lol... dont be giving newbies any ideas now!!
Im sure it was all the walking... and the change in what you were eating.. many times mixing it up will get our bodies moving again.
mmm perogies.

that's funny cause i have been on a similar diet. the miller lite and hot pocket diet. lol. keeps me around 190. but at 6'1" i feel thats too skinny for me, but what the hey, they body stops where it wants to..... mike may i ask how tall you are cause 158 seems extremely lite, at least for my size anyways.

"I'm not ashamed of where i've been but proud of where i am!"
I'm 5'9" According to the MetLife "ideal" weight charts (not universally agreed upon as what "ideal" should be) The ideal weight for someone like myself who has what they classify a "medium" frame, without shoes or clothes is 146-158....I figure I also have AT LEAST 5 lbs of extra skin, so for comparison I would say I fall around 153 which is right in the middle of that range, and I'm fine with that, I don't need to lose any more weight, just the skin, I could actually stand to gain a few pounds of muscle, I don't have enough of it...
