Eatin' Good in the 20's Neighborhood - Workin' It Wednesday
You. Will. Not. Believe. the research paper hell I have been through over the past 24 hours. So I put off a huge paper until the last minute because I've had about fifty other things to do, which was going to be fine. I worked on the paper yesterday from noon onward with a few breaks now and then. It was all going fine until my internet router at my apartment decided to die! YES! At 1:30am my internet took a vacation - with me still needing 5 pages. Yeah. Not cool. So I just woke up early and went into the computer lab at my college. No problem, I have 3 hours in 1 hour slots from 7am-3pm when I can finish up. Paper is due at 2pm. At 1:30 I have gone to class 4 hours of classes and worked on the paper in between and nothing else - skipped food and everything - and the paper is just about finished when all of a sudden someone in the computer lab kicks the chord that controls the power supply to my row of computers....screen went blank and I about cried....I lost 2 pages and my works cited page and had only 30 minutes to reproduce what I lost. It was awful. I have almost never been so disappointed with something I had to turn in unfinished in my life. Ugh.
7am - 12 oz sf ff caramel macchiato
Around 2pm - 15.2 oz 100% orange juice
3pm - 8 slices cucumber, 1 oz cottage cheese and 1/2 a hamburger minus the top bun
40 oz water
7pm - 1 slice of a pizza w/ pepperoni, canadian baccon, green peppers, onions, extra cheese and mushrooms...mmmmmm
My nutrition was seriously lacking today because I didn't make time to eat. It didn't even serve me that well because I lost a huge chunk of what I skipped meals for anyway. So next time we start the paper earlier and when it comes right down to it lunch is probably a better way to spend my time.

Oh no!! I can't believe that both things happened to you. That stinks!! I'm really glad you were able to get it turned in, even though I am sure you weren't thrilled :(
I had a New Whey Bullet with Sobe Lean (Cranberry Grapefruit) for breakfast
1/4 pureed beans for lunch
2 sf popsicles mid day
1/2 cup pureed beans for dinner
And lots of water!!!
I'm still in the pureed stage until next Thursday, so my diet isn't terribly thrilling. BUT...I am looking forward to gleaning from you all what you eat!!

Uhhhg, I felt like I just ate and ate and ate today!!! I was hungry like all day long....
- ½ whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter
- 1 babybel cheese
- 2 oz spicy nut trail mix
- 2 pieces of whole wheat tortilla with pesto and mozzarella cheese “pizza”
- 4 oz. popcorn
- 1 Atkins Advantage protein bar
- 5 chicken nuggets
- 1 banana
- ½ bagel with cream cheese
- ½ whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter
Work out---20 minute walk/jog with kiddo at work
