How do you run your weeks for Exer-thon 2.0?

Monday-Sunday?
If so:
I have exercised 6 times for 60 minutes in 3 days so far since I started.
Not bad for a guy who hadn't touched a piece of exercise equipment in nearly a month!

I'm not near as cool as you think:
3 days.....6 sessions.....60 minutes total.....10 minutes per session.
I'm slowly getting back into exercise. I don't want to overdo it.
