Eatin' Good and Studying Hard in the 20's Neighborhood

- 1 babybel cheese
- ½ whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter
- ½ whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter
- 5 chicken nuggets
- 2 oz trail mix
- 4 oz popcorn
- 2 pieces of whole wheat tortilla with pesto and mozzarella cheese “pizza”
- ½ whole wheat tortilla with peanut butter
- 1 sugar-free popsicle
Work out---30 minutes training, 15 minute Stairmaster, 20 minute weights = 65 minutes
This is my first eating good post...So bear with me... Pure Protein shake for Breakfast, chocolate 1/2 cup split pea soup with bacon 2 strawberries 6 almonds 4 whole wheat saltines 2 oz meatloaf (with catsup) 2 pieces baby zuccini with butter spray 2 strawberries 80 oz water Does laundry count for exercise? Just kidding:)
